When messaging, please include:

Remote Support Preferred

Most tech issues (~90%) can be resolved quickly via screen sharing (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Zoom, Google Meet). We'll assess if remote support works for your issue, or schedule an in-person visit if needed.

Is the service really free?

Yes! All common IT help is provided at no cost. We're a community service operating during our available free time. For hardware repairs that need replacement parts (like batteries, SSDs, chargers), you'll need to provide those materials yourself — we provide the free labor and expertise.

Do you offer remote support?

Yes! Most tech issues (~90%) can be solved remotely via screen sharing using TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Zoom, Google Meet. This is often faster and more convenient than in-person visits. We'll assess your issue and recommend the best approach when you contact us.

How do I prepare for remote support?

Simple! We'll send you a link to download TeamViewer (the easiest option) or guide you through another screen sharing tool. Once installed, we'll connect to your screen and guide you through fixing the issue. You stay in full control — we can only see what you show us and you can disconnect anytime.

When do you visit in person?

We visit in person when remote support isn't practical: hardware inspections (broken screen, ports), setting up multiple devices, training elderly or non-technical users who can't use remote tools, or physical data transfers between devices. Just message us with your location and we'll arrange a visit anywhere in Phuket.

Why only Facebook Messenger for contact?

Messenger is the fastest and most practical way for us to manage multiple requests and schedule appointments. It also allows us to easily share images, files, and keep conversation history organized. Most people in Phuket already have Facebook, making it accessible to everyone.

How long does it take to get a response?

We typically respond within 1-3 business days. Since we operate during our free time outside of regular work, response times may vary. We appreciate your patience!

What if my problem is urgent?

Please mention the urgency in your message and we'll do our best to prioritize. Remote support sessions can often be scheduled same-day if we're available. For truly urgent business-critical issues, we recommend contacting a professional IT service provider.

Can you help businesses as well as individuals?

Absolutely! We help both individuals and small businesses. Our services include POS system guidance, website help, and E-menu setup specifically designed for small businesses like restaurants, cafés, and retail shops.

Do you offer Wi-Fi or network setup?

Currently, we don't offer Wi-Fi/home network setup or advanced cybersecurity services. We can refer you to trusted local specialists for these needs. Check our Services page for the full list of what we do and don't offer.
